Parts Replacement and Instructions:
 
If you would like to order a replacement part for a Randa Luggage or Badanco product you will need the following information:
  • Preferably, the exact style # of your luggage; so we may determine the exact part number you require.
     
  • A detailed description of your luggage including brand name, fabric, color, dimensions...
     
  • A detailed description of the missing or damaged part.
     
  • Your shipping address.
     
  • Your credit card information.
